I originally went to Coastal Jaw Surgery in 2020 during Covid to have an unsavable molar removed. Dr Rosati took great care of me. I was pretty uncomfortable having any dental procedures being done at that time but the office took every precaution to keep me healthy. Dr Rosati also convinced me to add bone material to give any future implant a better chance of success. That turned out to be a great recommendation. Fast forward almost 6 years and I finally went back for the implant. Dr Rosati was just as caring & personable as I remembered from the first time. The work she did both times was top-notch. I just went back for my final visit so she could check out the finished product (my regular dentist installed the crown). Everything is great. A note about the office staff at Coastal Jaw. I don't remember any names specifically but EVERYONE was so great to work with every time. That's the front desk staff as well as everyone who assisted Dr Rosati. It took a while to work out the billing with my insurance but even that was eventually perfect and everyone who got involved was happy to help. Dr Rosati and her team were very friendly and cheerful, I felt very comfortable in their care. The 4 extractions were done very efficiently and quickly, I have very little discomfort. I particularly liked that she handled any bone problems and did a nice job of stitching. This will make my denture experience so much better. Thank you.

Been to Coastal Jaw at Palm Harbor twice now for two procedures, and would not go anyplace else. Dr. Nicole Hernandez is amazing, she communicates clearly and has the perfect chair side manner. Probably even more important is the entire staff, they all make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was very nice on the return visit to be remembered by all the staff.

I recently had oral surgery for a ridge augmentation with Dr. Anthony M. Pikos at Coastal Jaw Surgery on Tampa road Palm Harbor, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. First, I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, so I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, the staff was amazing, compassionate, caring, and reassuring. Dr. Pikos made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything that was happening throughout the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety tremendously. I truly felt well cared for by both Dr. Pikos and his entire team. I’ve been to a couple of oral surgeons in the past, and this doctor is by far probably the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Pikos and Coastal Jaw Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.

Highly recommended! Dr. Hernandez and her team are miracle workers! I had an molar extraction performed today and I'm usually nervous when it comes to surgical procedures. But Dr. Hernandez ensured me that I would be alright and throughout the surgery, I didn't feel a thing when I had my teeth pulled out. I'm slowly recovering but I'm just thankful to her team for making me feel comfortable and for helping me getting over my worrying!!
